If Sabeeha is not for you, write to mikaeel@sabeeha.ai within 14 days of buying a licence - or of a yearly licence renewing - and you will get your money back in full. You do not have to say why.
How
- Email mikaeel@sabeeha.ai from the address you bought with, or include your order number from the receipt.
- The refund is made by Dodo Payments, who took the payment, back to the way you paid. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
- The licence key is switched off once it is refunded. Every map you made stays on your computer and still opens.
Cancelling a yearly licence
You can cancel a yearly licence at any time, in either of two ways:
- In the billing portal: enter the email address you used when you bought it, open the sign-in link that is emailed to you, then choose Manage subscription, then Cancel.
- By writing to mikaeel@sabeeha.ai from the address you bought with, and we will cancel it for you.
Once cancelled, it does not renew, and it keeps working until the end of the year you have paid for. (If the portal asks when to cancel, choose Cancel at next billing date; Cancel now ends it straight away.) Cancelling is not a refund: to have your money back as well, write to us within the 14 days above.
