Terms of use
Last updated: 2 October 2026
Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Al Mubarakah, a company registered in South Africa, which makes Sabeeha ("we", "us"). Licences are sold by Dodo Payments as merchant of record; their terms cover the payment itself.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Sabeeha.
Trying Sabeeha
You may download Sabeeha and use it free of charge for your first three maps. After that, every map you have made still opens and can be worked in; making new maps needs a licence.
Your licence
- A licence lets you, personally, use Sabeeha on up to three computers at a time. You can free one from Sabeeha's Settings to use the key on another.
- A yearly licence lasts for as long as its subscription is paid, and you can cancel it at any time (below). If it ends, every map you made still opens and can be worked in; making new ones waits until you renew or enter another key.
- A lifetime licence is paid once and covers every future version of Sabeeha, for good.
- Your licence is yours: you may not sell, share or transfer your key, or try to get round the licence check.
Cancelling a yearly licence
You can cancel a yearly licence at any time, in either of two ways:
- In the billing portal: enter the email address you used when you bought it, open the sign-in link that is emailed to you, then choose Manage subscription, then Cancel.
- By writing to mikaeel@sabeeha.ai from the address you bought with, and we will cancel it for you.
Once cancelled, it does not renew, and it keeps working until the end of the year you have paid for. (If the portal asks when to cancel, choose Cancel at next billing date; Cancel now ends it straight away.) Every map you made still opens afterwards.
Your work is yours
Everything you make in Sabeeha belongs to you and stays on your computer. We claim no rights over it and never see it.
Keep backups
Sabeeha backs up your maps once a day on your computer, and can export them to a file. We still recommend you keep copies of anything that matters to you somewhere else too.
No warranty
Sabeeha is provided as it is. We work hard to make it reliable, but to the extent the law allows we do not promise that it will be free of faults or suit every purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost work or data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for your licence in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer that the law says cannot be limited.
Refunds
See the refund policy: 14 days, no questions asked.
Changes and the law
We may update these terms; the new version will be on this page with a new date, and it will not take away a licence you have already bought. These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.
